My opinion:

Tong Aik Wanton Noodle is very popular in Kaki Bukit 511 Market and Food Centre because it is the only stall that sells wanton noodles in the morning (monopoly). The owners were quite stingy in giving out noodles and their chili was extremely hot.

Wantons were delicious and had bits of chestnut in them. They often sold out their char siew meat by 13:00 (1 p.m) so customers would have to settle for chicken slices for the noodles instead. Besides the addictive wantons and cheap price, I will rather travel another 10 minutes to Bedok Interchange for better tasting food.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Add more noodles and make the chili "weaker".
