My opinion:

Four Seasons Durians sell traditional Singapore durian products including cakes, desserts, dim sum, ice cream, mochi, pancakes and puddings. My mother have tasted their durian pancakes for tea break.

On our way home, we could already smell the durian fragrance of the food. The two pancakes were medium sized and their outer crust was not crispy or oily. This proved to be a big plus point because oil did not mix well with durian ingredients. Besides having no oil, the food was made with no cream, preservative and sugar (major plus points).

The durian paste was creamy, cold, moist, smooth and made from D24 Durians or Mao Shan Wang Durians. It was very fresh and did not have a pungent smell or taste (commonly associated with stale durians, which foreigners also found it similar to cat "poo"). Both of us craved for more durian pancakes after finishing our food.

In conclusion, their pancakes were addictive, fragrant and shiok. My mother and I will highly recommend their food products to durian lovers and fans of pancakes.
