My opinion:

Their stall name can be a bit misleading as the owners also sell roasted delicacies besides duck food items. I have tried their char siew and roasted pork rice for lunch.

The owners gave good amounts of rice but not the meat items. The char siew did not have charred or fatty portions but could be slightly tough at times. Roasted pork was crispy, juicy, tender and too salty.

Rice was too soft and the black sweet sauce was too "diluted". Red chili was hot and spicy enough to give the food additional bonus points. If the owners can iron out the salty meat and soft rice issues, they may achieve a rating higher than 85/100.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Review the roasted pork meat's preparation process, reduce the amount of water in the rice's cooking process and make the black sauce thicker.
