My opinion:
133 is extremely famous in Bedok for its signature Chinese noodles. In fact, the owners have more than 15 years of experience in preparing hawker food. For this review, my entire family has tried out their ban mian and you mian for breakfast.
What impressed us the most was that their noodles were handmade and only cut when the orders were placed. This simple move ensured the noodles remained addictive, delicious and "QQ" when served to customers. Sadly, the plus point effort was undone by the owners' unprofessional act of packing the noodles together with the steaming soup. Luckily, we reached home fast enough or else the food will be "overcooked".
Besides noodles, the soup had anchovy and 3 fishballs as ingredients. It was addictive, fragrant, tasty, greatly increased our appetite for the food and was among the top 3 hawker noodles soup that we have tasted in recent years (major plus points).
In conclusion, the food here was economical and heavenly. If you are a Chinese noodles fan living in Singapore east, 133 is strongly recommended by our website.
