My opinion:

Bedok South Niu Ji is very famous for their prawn noodles. If you are a prawn noodles fan, you probably have already try their food a few times already. This stall was also featured in numerous Mediacorp's television programs including "Where the Queue Starts 3" (排排站查查看3).

Their fragrant and springy prawn noodles are bathed in delicious thick sauce. The owners give decent amount of meat ingredients but I prefer the prawns to be sweeter. Prawns should not be overcooked or else it will lose the sweet taste. Shredded vegetables combine well with the other food ingredients. The soup is filled with the essence of prawns and pork. Chili is also hot and spicy enough to add a few bonus points to the food.
