My opinion:

Ding Dang Guai means "Doraemon"in Chinese. This stall sells traditional Singapore beverages including canned drinks, coffee, tea, lime juice, sugar cane juice and sour plum drink. I have tasted their sugar cane juice for lunch.

The sugar canes were juiced in front of me, ensuring the freshness of the juice. Although the drink had small amount of ice cubes, it was too plain tasting and lacked sugar cane goodness. Therefore, I will advise the friendly female owner to thoroughly review the quality of her sugar canes. 

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, check the quality of the sugar canes. Second, do not re-juice the sugar canes too many times.
