My opinion:

This stall sells traditional Singapore char siew rice and roasted delicacies. My mother and I have tried their char siew rice for lunch. There were 12 pieces of char siew meat and moderate amount of rice in our takeaway packet.

Char siew pieces were addictive, fragrant, juicy, soft and tender. Unfortunately, we also noticed significant amount of charred and fatty portions in the char siew meat. Rice was well cooked and did not have sticky issues. Sweet sauce was not sweet or thick enough. Red chili was the worst that we have tasted in 2015 as it was oily and had an awkward bitter taste.

To sum up, the food here was cheap, delicious but had a few flaws that prevented this stall from greatness. If you are a roasted meat fan who is not so nit picky, this stall should satisfy both your craving and hunger.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, they can cut out the charred and fatty portions of their meat products. Second, they should review the preparation and production process of all the sauces.
