My opinion:

GK Grill specializes in traditional Singapore Western cuisine. For this food review, my mother and I have tried their chicken chop for lunch. There were 1 chicken chop, moderate amount of potato gravy and a few salad slices in our takeaway packet. Baked beans with tomato sauce and mini bun were considered "missing in action".

The chicken chop was firm, medium sized and melted with each bite. Meat sauce was a bit too salty and watery. Potato gravy was bland, dry and did not mix well with the other food ingredients. Salad was average tasting, too little and also suffered from dryness issues.

To sum up, the food here was good, fulfilling and had a few glaring flaws that prevented us from visiting them in the near future. Unless you are a Western food fan living in Singapore east, our advice is ignore this stall and visit nearby coffee shops for tastier meat chops.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Introduce mini buns as food ingredients, review the meat sauce's preparation process and add more flavor to the potato gravy.
