My opinion:

Air Buah sells the usual cut fruits and juices but their signature pear starfruit juice is what you should order. It is almost impossible to get this fruit juice elsewhere in Singapore (unless you buy the fruits and a juicer). It has a very strong sour and sweet taste. The sweet taste is actually too "powerful" for me. If you feel it is too sweet, add more ice cubes to make it more worthwhile. This juice detoxifies the body and is very refreshing.

I have some complaints on how the stall prepares the juices. They actually pack the fruit juices in plastic cups before customers arrive to order. This ensures fast and good service but the fruit juices will not be fresh. Fruits should be stored in refrigerators, taken out to the juicer when orders are made and delivered first hand to customers. Always remember the value of fruit juices depreciates as time goes by (due to minerals and vitamins lost).
