Will I come back again in 6 months' time? No, there are better alternatives
My opinion:
This Haig Road hawker stall specializes in traditional Singapore Chinese noodles. For this food review, I have tried their signature pork rib and prawn noodles for lunch. There were 3 prawns, 4 pork rib pieces and moderate amount of noodles in my food portion.
All the meat items were small sized and lacked the "wow" factor. Prawns were probably overcooked and did not have a mild sweet taste (commonly associated with high quality prawns). Although pork ribs were soft, tender and warm, they were mostly made up of bones (not much meat). Soup was too thick and made my throat extremely dry.
In a nutshell, the food here was average tasting, expensive and lacking in essential ingredients. Unless you are a hardcore Chinese noodles fan, my advice is to visit other stalls in the same food centre for better quality food.
