My opinion:

Boon Soya Bean sells traditional Singapore barley drink, grass jelly and soya products. The owners were very friendly and offered fast service. For this food review, I have tasted their soya bean curd for breakfast.

The dessert was a bit dry and had an artificial taste. Therefore, I will only recommend this stall to people living nearby because there are too many good grass jelly and soya products throughout Singapore. 

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, check the freshness of the soya bean ingredients. Second, add a few spoons of light syrup to each bean curd.
