My opinion:

Nanyang Curry sells traditional Singapore curry chicken, mutton, vegetables and rice. I have tried out their curry chicken rice for lunch. There were 1 full chicken wing, 3 pieces of chicken meat, 3 pieces of potatoes and moderate amount of rice in my food portion.

All the chicken meat was juicy, soft, tender and came with silky skin. Chicken thigh and chicken wing were too small sized to exploit this major plus point. Potato pieces were medium sized, well cooked and not too rough or tough.

Curry was thick but too salty. I also detected a very mild sourish taste in it. Rice was well cooked and did not suffer from dryness or sticky problems.

In a nutshell, the food here was cheap, delicious but had few ingredients and badly let down by the salty curry. Unless you are a hardcore fan of curry chicken, my suggestion is that you give this stall a miss.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

They are strongly advised to add one piece of chicken meat and reduce the amount of salt in the curry cooking process.
