My opinion:

Long Xing means "dragon arising" in Chinese. This Bedok North hawker stall sells traditional Singapore chicken rice and roasted delicacies. For this food review, I have tried their roasted chicken rice for lunch.

The meat items here were juicy, soft and tender. Roasted chicken was crispy and delicious. Rice was fragrant and well cooked. The chili was also hot and spicy enough to add a few bonus points to the food.

However, there were some minor flaws in the food that prevented the stall from getting a higher rating. Chicken meat was a bit too salty. The owners should also give more food ingredients if they want more business and fans.
