My opinion:

Maya Pesona sells traditional Singapore chicken rice, Muslim food, nasi ayam penyet and seafood. For this review, I have tried their chicken rice for lunch.

Chicken meat was big but very rough and tough. Chicken skin was juicy, slightly crispy and mixed well with the other food ingredients. Rice was warm, well cooked but did not have chicken fragrance. It was also unhygienic and unprofessional to put a packet of chili sauce together with the food items. Chili was hot, spicy and helps to alleviate the meat's dryness problem.

To sum up, their chicken rice was average tasting and expensive. If you are a non Muslim chicken rice fan, I will suggest you visit other Hainanese chicken rice stalls at neighboring Haig Road Food Centre.
