My opinion:

Chin Heng stands for "gaining strength" or "revival" in Chinese. This is the only stall in Haig Road Food Centre that sells traditional Singapore desserts (monopoly). In this place, customers have the luxury to choose from more than 30 types of refreshment products. For this food review, My mother and I have tasted their red ruby dessert and longan drink.

The red ruby dessert was refreshing, sweet and filled with coconut milk fragrance. I was given a lot of "red rubies" which were addictive and crunchy. The longan drink was mildly sweet, "watered down" and had few longans.

Therefore, Chin Heng's cold desserts are strongly recommended by our website but we will advise our blog readers to be cautious with their longan drink.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Reduce the amount of ice cubes in the cold beverages.
