Will I come back again in 6 months' time? No, there are better alternatives

My opinion:

Roastmania sells traditional Singapore char siew rice, chicken rice, roasted delicacies and wanton noodles. For this food review, I have tasted their char siew and roasted pork rice for lunch.

I was given moderate amount of char siew, roasted pork and rice ingredients. Char siew was juicy, tender but unhealthy. There were lots of charred and fatty portions (may be a plus point for crazy people looking for unhealthy food).

Roasted pork had a strange bitter and oil taste. The pork skin was not crispy and rough. Rice was well cooked and did not have sticky problems. The black sauce was watery and did not mix well with the meat and rice.

In conclusion, their food was average tasting and unhealthy. If you are a roasted delicacy fan, I will suggest you try out other alternatives in the same hawker centre or neighboring coffee shops.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, let customers have the freedom to choose their own food. Second, cut off the charred portions from the char siew meat. Third, make the black sauce thicker.
