My opinion:

Ferah sells traditional Singapore Muslim food including lontong, mee rebus, mee siam, mee soto and nasi padang. I have tried their lontong for lunch. There were 3 rice cakes, 1 egg, 1 tau kwa and moderate amount of vegetable ingredients (cabbages, common beans and carrots) in my bowl.

Rice cakes and egg were cold, small sized and did not mix well with the lontong soup. At times, it did feel like I was eating multiple dishes instead of one. Tau kwa was "bulky" and rough. The vegetable ingredients were chewy and soaked up on the goodness of the lontong soup. Soup was too salty and had a mild bitter taste.

To sum up, the food here was average tasting and lacked essential ingredients. Unless you are a hardcore fan of Muslim food, I will suggest you give this stall a miss.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

The female owner is strongly advised to add at least 2 more rice cakes and reduce the amount of salt in the soup production process.
