My opinion:

Prata Parade specializes in traditional Singapore Indian cuisine. For this food review, I decided to try out their mee goreng for lunch. There were 1 egg, 1 prawn, a few cabbage slices and moderate amount of noodles in my food portion.

Egg was soft, well fried and had crispy edges. Prawn was bland, dry and small sized. Cabbage slices
were crunchy, fresh and mixed flawlessly with the other food ingredients. Although the noodles were silky smooth, they were extremely salty and turned my tongue into a "desert". The chili was mildly sweet and should pleased those customers who could not take hot food.

In a nutshell, the food here was average tasting, expensive and severely lacking in essential ingredients. Unless you are a hardcore fun of Indian cuisine, my advice is to walk 5 minutes to Bedok Interchange Food Centre for cheaper and tastier food.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, add more noodles, prawns and veggies for future customers. Second, reduce the amount of salt in the mee goreng's cooking process.
