My opinion:

509 Western Food sells a small range of burgers, fish fillets and meat chops. For this food review, I have tried their black pepper chicken chop for dinner.

The chicken chop was juicy and tender. Meat sauce was flavorful, thick and filled with black pepper taste. French fries were not crispy and slightly salty. The bread was fragrant, soft and well baked (one of the best hawker western food bakery product that I have tasted in 2014 and 2015). Baked beans and salad were average tasting and too dry for my liking.

In my humble opinion, this stall's chicken chop can "thrash" those sold in neighboring Jet Winds Western Food (at Kaki Bukit Market and Food Centre). This "new kid on the block" can even pose a serious threat to Hong Mei Western Food (at block 515).

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, reduce the amount of salt in the food's preparation process. Second, ensure the crispiness of the french fries. Third, add more salad to the food.
