Will I come back again in 6 months' time? No, there are better alternatives

My opinion:

Bao Ji sells traditional Singapore char siew rice, duck rice, roasted delicacies, herbal soup, dumpling noodles and wanton noodles. I have tried theirchar siew and roasted pork rice for dinner. There were 7 pieces of char siew, 10 pieces of roasted pork and moderate amount of rice in my food portion.

Some char siew pieces were juicy, soft, succulent and tender while others were extremely rough (inconsistent). I also noticed a lot of charred portions in the char siew meat (unhealthy).

Although roasted pork pieces were bland and dry, they were not too oily or salty. Pork skin was tough to bite and not crispy enough. Rice was well cooked and combined well with the sweet black sauce.

To sum up, the food here could satisfy my stomach but not the craving for roasted delicacies. Unless you are a roasted delicacy fan living in Bedok South, I will advise you to travel to Bedok Interchange for better and cheaper alternatives. 

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, the owners should review the meat preparation and roasting processes. Second, they need to cut out unhealthy charred portions for future customers. Third, they are applauded for the tasty black sauce and robust red chili sauce.
