My opinion:

270 Singapore Famous Rojak is indeed famous and specialize on Chinese rojak. Chinese rojak is a Singaporean food prepared by mixing cucumber slices, cut pineapples, grounded peanuts, prawn paste, sugar, tau pok, turnip and you zha kueh. This stall was featured on Mediacorp's "Where the Queue Starts".

Customers will often find a queue of more than 3 people at the stall due to the uncle's careful preparation of all the ingredients. You can choose the $2.50, $3.00 or $4.00 option of Chinese rojak. I recommend the $2.50 option because the uncle is very generous in giving ingredients, especially cucumbers, grounded peanuts and you zha kueh. The ingredients are fresh and the food is very addictive and crunchy.

There are a few flaws that prevent this stall from getting a rating of 80/100. First, the pieces of you zha kueh are often not crispy enough. Second, the pineapples have an awkward sourish taste (maybe they are not ripe yet). Third, the chili is too "weak". Fourth, the food can be slightly salty at times.

I will recommend this stall to foreigners so that they can have a taste of Chinese rojak. For Singaporeans, this is the only stall in Albert Centre Market and Food Centre to sell Chinese rojak, so I think most of us are not too fussy.
