My opinion:

Yeap Seng means "working together for success" in Chinese. The owners have decades of experience in selling traditional Singapore buns and dim sum. For this food review, I have tried their chicken bun ($1.50) and fan choy ($1.60). 

Chicken bun: Bun was big, tasty and not too oily or salty. Bun skin was rough but not too sticky. The juicy chicken meat mixed nicely with the egg ingredients. 

Fan choy: Although the rice had a mild sesame oil fragrance, it was dry, flaky and did not mix well with other ingredients. As I tasted the food more, there were a small egg and moderate amount of char siew ingredients in the plastic container.

To sum up, the food here was cheap, homemade and could satisfy my weekly craving for dim sum. If you have a lot of family members and need to stock up on breakfast items, Yeap Seng should be able to satisfy this requirement. 

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

They should review the preparation and production process of their fan choys.
