My opinion:

Shun Fa means "smooth sailing prosperity" in Chinese. This stall sells traditional Singapore cut fruits and fruit juices. For this review, I have tried their apple beetroot juice for lunch.

The fruits were juiced in front of me, ensuring the freshness of this drink. In terms of taste, it was rejuvenating, thirst quenching and filled with fruit goodness. My tongue did not detect any traces of sweet syrup (major plus points). I took a good 3 minutes before finishing this healthy drink. In the end, there were only 6 small ice cubes at the bottom of my huge cup (not "watered down").

In conclusion, the juices here were tasty and prepared by experienced hands. If you are a foodie living in Singapore west, Shun Fa's refreshment products are strongly recommended by my website.

Reduce the amount of ice cubes in the cold beverages.
