My opinion:

There are 2 food business in stall 40 of Tampines Round Market and Food Centre. They are Armenian Street Fried Kway Teow and Lao Chen Traditional Laksa. Both food business receive a rating higher than 92/100. In this blog post, I will do a review of Armenian Street Fried Kway Teow.
Customers get to choose the small $3.00 option or the $4.00 big option for the fried kway teow. I have tried the small option and the amount of food ingredients were moderate. If you are a fried kway teow fan, definitely go for the big option because the food here is really good!

The fried kway teow had all fried, spicy and sweet taste but the male owner was so skilful that he did not allow one taste to "overwhelm" the others. The food was also less oily and salty than what their competitors sold. I would strongly suggest to the male owner that he increased the amount of kway teow for a higher rating in the future.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Add more cockles and kway teow for future customers.
