My opinion:

Royal Bean sells traditional Singapore beverages, sugar cane juice, desserts, grass jelly and soya products. I have tasted their black pearl soya bean curd for $1.50.

The soya bean curd was very soft and melted with each bite. It was also too mild tasting and devoid of soya goodness. Fortunately, the crunchy black "pearls" and sweet syrup were "powerful" enough to earn some last minute bonus points for the dessert.

To sum up, the soya bean curds here were cheap but too mild tasting.
