My opinion:

You may not believe it but this is the only stall in the huge Circuit Road Food Centre that sells kway chap (monopoly)! For this food review, I have tried out their kway chap set meal for lunch.

Let's move on to food quantity. The female owner was a bit stingy in giving out food ingredients. There were 10 slices of pig intestines, 9 pieces of pork meat, 4 pieces of pork skin, 4 fish cakes, 4 pieces of tau pok, 3 pieces of tau kwa half a marinated egg and moderate amount of rice sheets. This was the first time I ate kway chap with fish cakes as food items!

Pig intestines were delicious, chewy, but incredibly small sized. Pork meat was tasteless and had a lot of fatty portions. Pork skin was silky and smooth but there were too few of them to exploit this plus point. Tau kwa was rough and not properly marinated. Tau pok did not soak up on the braising stock and was too few in portions to add any significant points to the food.

Rice sheets were rough and did not tear apart easily. Soup was bland, oily and devoid of herbal taste. Honestly, I did not even finish 30 percent of the rice sheets and soup.

In a nutshell, the food here was awkward tasting and lacked essential ingredients.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Add more pig intestines and pork skin for future customers. Fish cakes should not be used as substitutes for pork ingredients.
