My opinion:

Ah Choo sells traditional Singapore chicken rice, noodles, porridge and roasted delicacies. My mother and I have tried their white cut chicken rice for lunch. There were 8 pieces of chicken meat and moderate amount of rice in our takeaway packet.

Chicken meat was healthy, lean, rough and came with silky smooth skin. Rice was soft, fluffy and had a mild chicken fragrance. Although garlic chili was hot and spicy, it did not mix well with the rice.

In a nutshell, the food here was cheap but average tasting. In fact, there are more than 10 chicken rice stalls in the surrounding neighborhood. To survive in a highly competitive environment, Ah Choo really needs to increase its food quality.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, the chicken meat's preparation and production processes needs to be reviewed. Second, the amount of water in the rice's cooking process should be reduced.
