My opinion:

I think 58 Minced Meat Mee had the longest queue among all the stalls in Singapore east. After taking my order, the female owner asked me to come back after 15 minutes! I did and had to wait another 5 minutes.

The owners were quite generous in meat ingredients. I was given 2 dumplings and huge amounts of minced meat (the most generous in the Bedok region). The dumplings were chewy and delicious. Their soup was also more addictive and flavorful than their competitors in Bedok.
