My opinion:

Bukit Merah View Fried Food sells traditional Singapore fried food including fried carrot cake, fried hokkien prawn noodles, fried kway teow and fried oyster omelette

I have tasted their white fried carrot cake for lunch. The food was very oily and salty. The chili was so mild that it was almost non-existent. Carrot cake and egg ingredients were a bit sticky and did not mix very well. After finishing the food, I had to drink some green tea for my stomach to feel better. For fried food fans, there are better options in the same hawker centre. If you really need to buy their food, be sure to share it with your family members and "arm" yourself with fresh green tea.
