My opinion:

Xing Li specializes in traditional Singapore fried carrot cakes. For this review, I have tried their white version carrot cake for breakfast.

The owners were very stingy in giving out egg ingredients. The food was not oily but very dry and rough. Some portions were well fried while others were left "untouched". The carrot cake taste was very awkward and sourish. The chili was hot and spicy enough to prevent the food's rating from dropping below 60/100.
