My opinion:

This food stall sells traditional Singapore curry chicken and fried carrot cake. I have tried their curry rice for dinner. There were 2 chicken thighs, 1 chicken wing, 1 piece of chicken meat, 2 pieces of potato and moderate amount of rice in my food portion.

All the chicken meat was soft, tender and came with silky smooth skin. Potato pieces were slightly too rough and tough for my liking. Rice was well cooked and did not have any sticky issues. The food's main weakness lied in the undrinkable curry. It was incredibly oily and salty.

To sum up, the food here had juicy and tasty chicken meat but was badly let down by the poorly cooked curry. If any of my blog readers really want to try their food, remember to sip the curry first before mixing it with the rice. 

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, the owners should cook the potatoes for a longer period of time. Second, ask their friends and relatives down to taste their curry. If their opinion was the same as mine, check the curry ingredients and reduce the amount of salt in food preparation.
