My opinion:
Wei Mei Shi means "yearning for delicious food". This Jalan Besar hawker stall sells traditional Singapore Chinese noodles, fish soup and seafood. For this review, I have tried their fried fish soup with rice for lunch.
There were 9 pieces of fried fish, 1 fried egg, 1 bowl of soup and 1 bowl of rice in my food portion. The fish meat was medium sized, well fried and not too salty. Egg was average tasting and had flaky skin. Although the soup was fragrant and warm, there was no seafood taste. Rice was slightly overcooked and had a few "chao tah" portions.

In conclusion, the food here was economical, plentiful, tasty and had a few minor problems that prevented this stall from greatness. Unless you are a super nit picky foodie, Wei Mei Si should be able to satisfy both your hunger and craving for seafood.
