My opinion:

This Berseh hawker stall specializes in traditional Singapore yong tau foo. For this review, my mother have tried out 10 of their food items with a bowl of soup for lunch.

Our food items include bean curds, cuttlefish slices, fish cakes, fried "fu chok", tau pok and veggies. In terms of food quality, they were bland, small sized and could not satisfy our weekly craving for yong tau foo. The sauce was flavorless, watery and did not mix well with the food items. Although the soup had a mild sweet taste and lacked the "wow" factor, it could be use as an alternative to unhealthy sweet syrup drinks.

To sum up, the food here was cheap but average tasting. Unless you are a yong tau foo fan living near Jalan Besar, Kallang or Lavender, our advice is to give this stall a miss and try out tastier alternatives in nearby coffee shops.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Add more ingredients and make the sauce thicker.
