My opinion:

Chin Soon means "strengthening and smooth sailing" in Chinese. This Haig road cafe specializes in traditional Singapore beverages. For this review, I have tasted their kopi for lunch.

The drink was invigorating, warm and could be consumed immediately (no need to waste time for it to cool down). The coffee's bitter taste was a bit too powerful but not to the extent of overwhelming the milk taste. I managed to finish the drink in about 2 minutes' time, which should be enough to last a small breakfast.

In conclusion, the hot beverages here were economical and rejuvenating. If you are a foodie living near Eunos, Haig Road or Paya Lebar, Chin Song's refreshment products are recommended by my website.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Add more milk to the hot beverages.
