My opinion:

Ping Ji Bo Jia is very famous in Jalan Besar and was voted as one of Singapore's top 10 popiah hawker stalls in 2011. For this food review, my mother and I have tried 2 of their popiah rolls for tea break.

The popiah skin was not too rough, thick or thin. Popiah ingredients include bean sprouts, egg bits, lar cheong, mang kuang, peanuts and sauce. My mother and I became instant fans of this stall as the food was addictive, crunchy, delicious, flavorful and tasty. Honestly, we finished the food in less than 5 minutes and immediately craved for more popiahs!

In conclusion, the popiahs here were economical, heavenly and the best that we have tasted in recent years. If you are a popiah fan, Ping Ji Bo Jia is a must visit stall in your food "pilgrimage".

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

They are strongly applauded for their service to local residents and are advised to continue their good work. I will also visit them regularly to check for consistency.
