My opinion:

Amazing sells traditional Singapore duck rice, duck noodles and kway chap. My mother and I have tried their braised duck rice for lunch. There were 12 pieces of duck meat and moderate amount of rice in my takeaway packet. There were no marinated egg, peanuts, tau kwa or yam.

Although the pieces of duck meat were juicy, soft and tender, they were also small sized. Duck skin was my mother's favorite food item but it was also "missing in action". Brown yam rice was delicious, well cooked and could be eaten without meat or sauce. Chili was hot and sticky, perfect for rice meals.

To sum up, the food here was delicious but had a few flaws that prevented us from visiting this stall in 6 months' time. The owners are advised to add a few pieces of duck skin and tau kwa to the food. It will not cost them much but will earn them significant good will from Bedok residents.
