My opinion:
The Dessert specializes in traditional Singapore Chinese desserts. I have tried almost all the desserts here and is very happy to say that this stall is a rare gem in a hawker centre full of average stalls.
Their black glutinous rice is strongly recommended by me as it is not too sweet and very good for your health. Black glutinous rice is even considered a tonic in traditional Chinese medicine. The female owner is very friendly and not stingy in ingredients.
Besides black glutinous rice, she also sells ah boling, cheng tng, green bean soup and tau suan. It is always nice to have a hot dessert for breakfast in a cozy hawker environment.
