My opinion:

Shui Huat means "good luck and getting rich" in Chinese. This Bedok North hawker stall specializes and excels in traditional Singapore nasi lemak. Honestly, it is almost impossible to find big flaws in their food.

The owners are friendly and always reward regular customers with generous portions of ingredients. Rice is well cooked and has an unique ginger fragrance. The fried food items are crispy and not too oily.
