My opinion:

Xiang Ji means "stall of fragrance" in Chinese. This stall is very famous in Bedok and the owners specialize in traditional Singapore Chinese noodles. I have tried their wanton noodles for dinner.

The noodle sauce was not only delicious and thick but also has a traditional taste. Char siew slices were chewy and lean but could be a bit tough at times. Green chili slices and vegetables combined well with the noodles and sauce. The red chili sauce was sticky but not too hot or spicy.

Sadly, their wantons prevented them from a rating higher than 80/100. The wantons were salty and too small for an adult. The wantons also had a "fishy" taste (ingredients may not be fresh or well cooked).
