My opinion:

Crystal Jade My Bread sells traditional Singapore bakery products, buns and cakes. My mother and I have tasted their blueberry cream cheese bun and chocolate twist bun.

Both bakery products were not fragrant and severely lacking in ingredients. The small amount of blueberry, cheese and chocolate paste in the buns were also too mild tasting to add any significant points to the food's flavor. Almond nuts of the chocolate twist bun were crunchy enough to prevent this stall from getting a worse rating.

In conclusion, the food here was not properly baked, too mild tasting and had few actual ingredients. The owners should know very well they are competing with more than 8 bakery stalls in Bedok Mall. If they are so miserly in giving out ingredients, they will soon become a forgotten passerby in Bedok's food history.
