My opinion:

Leek means "strength" in Chinese. This stall sells traditional Singapore char siew rice, chicken rice and roasted delicacies. I have tried their chicken rice set 2 for lunch.

There were 15 pieces of chicken meat, 3 egg slices (one and a half egg), 1 bowl of soup and moderate amount of rice in my food portion. Chicken meat was healthy, lean and most likely came from the chicken breast area. Some of the meat's roughness and toughness problems were alleviated by a special sauce. My guess of the sauce ingredients were cucumber slices, meat juices and soy sauce (correct me if I am wrong).

Egg slices were delicious and well marinated. Rice was too soft and lacked chicken fragrance. If you want hot garlic chili with your rice meals, then you are in for disappointment as their chili was too mild tasting. Soup was plain tasting but not too oily or salty.

To sum up, the food here was economical, tasty but had a few flaws that prevented the stall from greatness.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

Review the rice production process and add one more egg slice to the food.
