My opinion:

Hui Min stands for "benefiting the people" in Chinese. This stall sells traditional Singapore beverages, herbal tea, organic products and soya milk. All their beverages and desserts are vegetarian. I have tried their herbal tea for dinner.

It was extremely bitter and had almost no sweet taste. When my mother saw my strange face after consuming the drink, she tasted it and was impressed. She claimed the taste was more "old school" and middle-aged or above people would appreciate it more.

Due to my mother's expert opinion, I will recommend this drink to people who have bad tempers or suffering from excessive heat in their bodies. There is a Chinese saying that "bitter medicine works best for the body" (良药苦口) so youngsters do take heed.
