My opinion:

You Cai means "friendly and fortune" or "having money" in Chinese. The owners sell traditional Singapore dumpling and wanton noodles. Their dumpling noodles costs at least $4.00. I was quite attracted to the huge size of their dumplings and decided to order a packet for lunch.

I was slightly disappointed because the noodles were a bit sticky. Noodle sauce was tasteless and watery. Red chili was so mild that you would not notice the difference of having or not having chili. The 4 large dumplings really saved me from a poor food adventure (and the stall from a lower rating). The dumplings were chewy, delicious and filled with shrimp ingredients. The dumpling skin was just right, not too thick or soft.
