My opinion:

Quan Cheng sells traditional Singapore desserts including bo bo cha cha, cheng tng, ice kacang and tau suan. I have tried their bo bo cha cha for breakfast.

The dessert was too mild tasting and devoid of coconut milk fragrance and palm sugar sweetness. There were also too few pearl sagos and sweet potato slices.

In a nutshell, their bo bo cha cha was cheap but too plain tasting and lacking essential ingredients. If you really need to buy desserts from this stall, I will recommend their signature cheng tng or tau suan. For dessert fans who want value for money, stay far away from their cold bo bo cha cha.
