My opinion:

This stall sells traditional Singapore fried carrot cake and fried oyster omelette. My mother and I have tried their white fried carrot cake for dinner.

The fried carrot cake was fragrant, slightly moist (prevent dryness issues), well fried and not too oily. The owners were also not too stingy in giving out egg ingredients. As my mother tasted the food more, she found the fried carrot cake to be a bit too salty.

In conclusion, the food here was cheap, delicious, plentiful and had a few minor flaws that prevented this stall from greatness. The owners are advised to find out and solve the fried carrot cake's salty problems. They should also consider hiring a helper because we waited 15 minutes before being given our food. For fried carrot cakes living near Serangoon, 409's food is recommended by my website.
