My opinion:

Their white cut chicken rice costs around $3.00 and is a hot favorite among Bedok residents. The owners are generous with the chicken meat and rice. The rice is fragrant and well cooked. Their main weakness lies in the chicken meat, which is very dry and tough. Their chili is also too hot and spicy. Do not dump the entire packet of chili on your chicken rice, or else you will need at least 2 bottles of cold water to finish the food.
