My opinion:

Their white fried carrot cake was quite expensive and cost $4.50 per plate. The food was average tasting and a bit too oily. For that hefty price, they did not save up on egg ingredients and added 2 shrimps to the food (which was still not enough "compensation"). Unless you are a hardcore fried carrot cake fan and really need to travel all the way to Changi Airport (located at the eastern most part of Singapore), I will strongly suggest you give this stall a miss. Please note: If you or your friend possess an employee card, you can reduce the prices of Changi Airport Kopitiam's food by 25 to 30%.
