My opinion:

This stall is not very easy to find if you don't live in Bedok. Just take a MRT to Bedok interchange. Then take bus 225 (White) and alight at the 3rd station. Walk straight for 1 minute until you reach block 515. This coffee shop is just opposite Kaki Bukit 511 Market and Food Centre (famous for its minced meat noodles). This stall sells cheap and good Singapore buns and dim sum.

Many Singapore food business have the bad practice of saving up on meat ingredients in order to cut costs. Heng Guan's large pork buns are indeed big, delicious and juicy. Their lor mai gai and fan choy are addictive, fragrant and tasty. The combination of ingredients and seasoning is also closed to perfection, as the food is not too hard, oily or salty.
