My opinion: 

Sin Kee specializes in traditional Singapore duck rice. I have tried their braised duck rice set meal for dinner. There were 7 pieces of duck meat, 8 pieces of tau kwa, half a marinated egg, peanuts and moderate amount of yam rice.

Duck meat was juicy, soft and tender. Tau kwa and marinated egg was delicious but not well marinated. Peanuts were moist and not too salty. Yam rice was fragrant, well cooked and could be eaten without chili or meat items. Chili was hot, robust, sticky and mixed well with the rice.

Ways for the owners to improve their food ratings:

First, they should add a few more pieces of duck meat to their food. Second, the time used in marinating the food items must be increased.
