 My opinion:

Ming Hui means "brightness and glory" in Chinese. This stall sells traditional Singapore fishball noodles, Hokkien noodles and laksa. My mother and I have tried their Hokkien noodles for dinner.

We were given 3 prawns, 5 sotongs, 3 pieces of pork meat and moderate amount of bee hoon noodles. All the meat items were small sized and tasteless. Bee hoon and Hokkien noodles were incredibly dry, sticky and did not mix well with the other ingredients. Chili was too little and salty.

To sum up, the food here was average tasting, dry and too little. The owners are strongly advised to add more meat ingredients, review the noodles cooking process and use a new kind of chili for their food.
